Lifting work platform data in April

Recently, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association announced the April 2022 sales bulletin of major products in the construction machinery industry.

Among them, the sales volume of lifting work platforms and aerial work vehicles are as follows:

Lifting work platform

According to the statistics of 11 lifting work platform manufacturers by China Construction Machinery Industry Association:

►In April 2022, 18,111 lifting work platforms of various types were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 10.2%; of which 13,147 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 12.1%; and 4,964 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 4.76%.

►From January to April 2022, a total of 63,542 lifting work platforms were sold, a year-on-year increase of 22.2%; of which 42,515 were domestic, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%; and 21,027 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 51.3%.

Aerial work vehicle

According to the statistics of 10 aerial work vehicle manufacturers by China Construction Machinery Industry Association:

►In April 2022, 233 types of aerial work vehicles were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 47.8%; of which 233 were domestic units, a year-on-year decrease of 47.4%; there was no export in the month.

►From January to April 2022, a total of 1,382 aerial work vehicles were sold, a year-on-year increase of 10%; of which 1,373 were domestic, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%; and 9 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 30.8%.
